Meet Shanequa, our friendly and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist who has been an essential part of our team for 7 years. Shanequa resides right here in Hermitage and has a bachelors degree in human resource management from Geneva College.

Specializing in billing and insurance, Shanequa ensures that all of our patients’ administrative needs are handled with care and efficiency. Her expertise in navigating insurance policies and billing processes makes her a valuable resource for both patients and staff.

When she’s not assisting patients or handling insurance claims, Shanequa enjoys spending time with her two children and unwinding at the beach—her favorite place to travel. She also loves shopping for the latest trends and singing her heart out at karaoke.
